Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, V4-LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless V4-Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
